At 3vees International, we are committed to providing high-quality asafoetida and spice products. We ensure strict quality checks before dispatching any order. However, in rare cases where issues may arise, we follow the policy below:

1. No General Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preferences. Returns are only applicable in the case of expired or defective products.

2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

• The product you received is defective or damaged.

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

   

3. Conditions for Return/Refund

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
• Clear evidence (such as photos of the product and packaging) must be provided for verification.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

   

4. Refund Process

• Once your claim is verified and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• In case of replacement (if applicable), a new product will be shipped at no additional cost.
