1. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

   

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Domestic Deliveries (within India): Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• International Deliveries: Orders are usually delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

   

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping terms will be communicated directly at the time of order confirmation.

   

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or customer service.

   

5. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

• If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.

• Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable (see our Return & Refund Policy).

   

6. International Customs & Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import regulations as per the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
